Tiffany, a well respected athlete within the fitness industry, is an avid fitness and health enthusiast. She was born and raised in the beautiful island of Bermuda where she currently resides.
Tiffany has always been involved in sports and helping others. Growing up she played a variety of sports and as Head Games Captain of her high school, she knew she was destined to pursue her potential within the fitness world.
Having graduated University with a BSc Double Major Psychology and Sociology, she naturally gravitated towards helping others and pursued her passion for fitness as a way of life. Having earned her Professional title in 2019, only ignited her enthusiastic nature to be able to put together this platform to help you!
